The distribution phase of a movie or series is a crucial step that shouldn't be overlooked. It involves numerous technical aspects and paperwork. During this phase, the project undergoes a certified quality control process. Essential documentation, such as cue sheets and UCC reports, must be generated. The project requires the creation of split tracks, M&Es, Prores masters, and DCPs, just to name a few deliverables. And this is just the beginning of the extensive list of requirements from modern distribution channels.
